LOCAL DETAILS THAT MATTERLos Gatos homes start
Los Gatos homes start
with a few local questions.
Los Gatos combines historic homes near downtown with larger hillside properties, and each needs a different plan.
01
Historic homes
In Almond Grove and downtown, equipment placement and line-set routes are planned to keep the home's character intact.
02
Hillside homes
Long duct runs, multiple levels and larger square footage make zoning and right-sizing important.
03
Power shutoffs
Homes in the hills can lose power during PG&E Public Safety Power Shutoffs, so backup power is often part of the plan.
