Which utility programs apply in Ross?
PG&E delivers power and MCE is the Town's community choice electricity provider. MCE lists heat pump HVAC and heat pump water heater rebates for owners who have lived in the home at least 12 months. Confirm eligibility with MCE.
Do I need a panel upgrade for an EV charger in Ross?
Not always. The Town asks for the existing panel rating and a whole-house load calculation with a Level 2 charger permit. If the service is short, the upgrade can be added to the same electrical permit.
